Procedures for obtaining an investment license for natural entities (individuals)

We explain to our valued customers who wish to issue investment licenses to prepare the following documents, as they are among the requirements for issuing licenses.

Documents required to obtain licenses for natural entities (individuals)

1- Obtaining a distinguished residence permit.

There are two types of premium accommodation:

1- An indefinite residence permit with a one-time fee of (800,000) Saudi riyals.

2- One-year residency (renewable) and its fees are (100,000) Saudi riyals per year.

Requirements for applying for premium residency:

§ Submitting a valid passport.

§ The applicant’s age must not be less than (21) twenty-one years.

§ The applicant’s criminal record is free of any previous convictions.

§ Providing proof of the applicant’s financial solvency.

§ Submitting a health report on the applicant’s health condition proving that he is free of infectious diseases, dated no more than six months from the date of application.

With regard to government fees (financial fees):

1- The financial fee for issuing the license is (2,000 riyals) two thousand riyals for the first five years.

2- The financial fee for subscribing to the Ministry of Investment is (10,000 riyals) ten thousand riyals for the first year, and from the second year it becomes (60,000 riyals) sixty thousand riyals for each year.
