Procedures for obtaining an investment license for legal entities (companies)

We explain to our valued customers who wish to issue investment licenses to prepare the following documents, as they are among the requirements for issuing licenses.

Documents required to obtain licenses for legal entities (companies) and investment license:

1- The commercial register of the parent company is certified by the Saudi Embassy in the country of origin and authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

2- The financial statements for the last year certified by the Saudi Embassy in the country of origin and authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

3- The parent company’s articles of incorporation are certified by the Saudi Embassy in the country of origin and authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

With regard to government fees (financial fees):

1- The financial fee for issuing the license is (2,000 riyals) two thousand riyals for the first five years.

2- The financial fee for subscribing to the Ministry of Investment is (10,000 riyals) ten thousand riyals for the first year, and from the second year it becomes (60,000 riyals) sixty thousand riyals for each year.
